- Dear Carol, Linda and KathyWhile we were unable to be with you yesterday, you were all in our hearts and thoughts.Tony was an amazing person to work with and we often think about our TAFE days and smile when we remember Tony's professionalism and in contrast his jokes and 'always right attitude'. They were the best days. The love Tony had for his 'three girls' always showed in his conversations through his cheeky smile and the twinkle in his eye.The 'legend' will live on.Sending love to you all, regardsWendy and Andrew Darcy
- Auntie Carol, Kathy and Linda, what a wonderful service for Uncle Tony. Mum, Lisa and I watched together at Mum's house and reminisced about our favourite moments with you all. I will always remember Tony's incredibly quick wit, his patience with me during dining table maths lessons and when I begged him to play Elephant Walk on the piano just one more time. I remember having to remove shoes and clean feet before getting in his car even though we had all just left the house and I remember the antics he and Dad would get up to, like saying they were popping to the corner store and instead flying to Sydney. What an incredible life Tony had and what an amazing legacy he has left. Lots of love, Kylie Larcombe.

I will always remember our wonderful Hervey Bay Caravan holidays together as precious memories .The legacy my grandparents shared with Del and Col, then our families, wonderful times. Four generations of family as friends.
Tom will always appreciate Tony's attention to detail and precise teaching at TAFE . His expertise has long been instilled in many mechanics he taught.
His humourous speech at our wedding sharing our connection through the years .
