Condolences

  • Dear Jacinta and family

It was truly a blessing and privilege that I was welcomed into your lives. Greg is a gentle soul and you welcomed me into your home. My new journey bought me to meet a wonderful family here on the Gold Coast. Thanks for being such a great landlord. God Bless you as you continue on a new journey. 🙏 George & Donna Pusey

  • Greg, thank you for always being so supportive and encouraging during your time at Savanna Energy.

You never hesitated to help, even with my most ridiculous questions and requests.

    Fly high and rest easy.

  • Here's to you Greg. A good man taken too soon. With sympathy, George.

    George Graham , 19 October 2025

  • Greg lived his faith everyday and especially during the last three years. He was an inspiration to us, and we were privileged to have him as a friend.

Jacinta and family know that he is at peace and he will always be in your hearts. Our heartfelt condolences.

  • Our sincere sympathy to Jacinta and the beautiful Twidale family. Greg was a dear friend to our family - loyal, easy going, kind, and always willing to have a laugh. He was strong in his convictions and commitments. And of course an avid fisherman who was willing to share his secret locations! He is missed every day but we have the joy of some fun times shared and lasting memories made. Love Donna, Jeff and Kyrra

  • It was a real privilege and blessing to have Greg as my good friend and brother in Christ for over 30 years. 'Each man proclaims his own goodness: but a faithful man, who can find.' Greg Twidale was that faithful man.

  • We met Greg and Jacinta on a European river cruise in 2019, and became fast friends. Greg was cheerful and optimistic and a man of deep faith. We had a great time together, and have stayed in touch regularly since. Greg and Jacinta fought a brave battle against cancer these past few years and we are sad to lose Greg. We will miss his teasing and his kind heart.

  • Greg was so kind, thoughtful, quiet, a gentleman and a true friend, always thinking of others and willing to help out.

i visited him at Bailey Henderson and asked if I could pray with him, of course he said yes but wanted to pray for others. That's what he did always thinking of others.

He will be truly missed. We ask for Gods Blessings and protection for his family. May he now Rest In Peace.

  • Greg I only knew you a short while but in that time we had many conversations and I got to respect the man you were.  I never got to dance with you like you promised.  I will always have fond memories of you and smile when I think of our conversations about religion, cars, and growing tomatoes.  With fond memories Hannah.

  • Jacinta and family, no words 💔 of sympathy can ease the loss in this difficult time. You can take comfort in knowing that your love is at peace. You find some comfort knowing others truly care. So sorry for you loss and warm thoughts are going your way ❤️ 💙

‘when I remember Greg I recall his deep faith in God. It was the first words he uttered to me as he attempted to rescue me during the 2011 floods. “ Do you believe in God?" when he received an affirmation he then asked me to start praying.
Over these past years I have seen his faith grow as his love for our Lord grew. During our last few meetings his love for Him reminded me of the verse in Psalm 51:6; Truth in his innermost being. That’s how I will always remember my dear friend.
I pray that this legacy he leaves behind for his children and grandchildren yet to be born.
Dear Greg Rest in His loving arms
