Janette came into my life through my close friendship with her youngest sister and through Mum and Dad Sheraton, who lovingly gained another “adoptive” Job’s Daughter.
Our own friendship grew as adult leaders within Job's Daughters, filled with fun moments, shared service and frequent mischievous laughter. Years later, it was reignited in the most ordinary of moments — a chance meeting at the shopping centre, followed by school carpark encounters, where quick chats sometimes turned into much longer conversations.
My thoughts are with all of Janette's family. She will be deeply missed by everyone who knew her and will forever remain in our hearts — only a memory away. x
