Condolences
- To all the Blue family, sending condolences from the Hughes family. I had Jenny stay with me in Sydney when Sue was visiting and she was such a delight!! Then I spent a few days with her in Toowoomba many years ago and whilst a good deal older then when we last had met, she was a hoot!! Celebrate her long and wonderful life and cherish all the memories. So glad Kate and Mark were able to be there with you on Tuesday. Much love, Merry Hughes.
- The end of an era,my mother Alicia's bridesmaid and Arch,my father, Guy's best man.Over the years,Jean as Alicia always called her, had the most wonderful times together. - I have known Auntie Jen all my life. Growing up you guys and the Blacks, Jenny and John, were our only first cousins. Our families were mirror images. You were far away but there has always been a special connection. When I visited Oz all those years ago, Aunt Jenny was welcoming and kind, so like Mum albeit a little more riotous! Years later when William went to Australia one of his favourite memories was drinking whisky with Auntie Jen, the "naughty version" of Nana Sue.Jenny was truly a force of Nature and we will always smile when we remember her. We will be with you today and will raise a glass to our darling Jenny.Love from David, Mary Lynne and Alexander Yeates (Maesteg, Wales) xxx

I was fortunate enough to have met dear Aunt Jen a few times coming over to Aus, and spending time with her - what a joy she was!x the bond her and Nana Sue shared was oh so special, and I loved hearing all the stories Nana told of them growing up and what they got up to - the perfect duo! Both so strong and determined in their own ways 🫶
I hope you’re both sharing laughter again together x all my love, Jenny x
