  • Michael was more than our eldest brother—he was our family’s rock, a protector, a guide, and a constant source of strength. He lived his life with integrity, hard work, and an unwavering devotion to those he loved. Always the first to step up, Michael supported his family and friends selflessly, asking for nothing in return.

As a brother, godfather, and role model, he filled our lives with love, laughter, and reassurance. The pride and care he showed—whether giving me away in Dad’s place, standing quietly in support, or offering a helping hand—will forever be cherished. His kindness extended far beyond family, touching everyone he met, and the respect shown by so many is a true reflection of the man he was.

Though our hearts are broken and his absence is deeply felt, we take comfort knowing Michael is reunited with our Dad, Shane, and Michelle as well as many of our beloved family who watch over us. His legacy of love, resilience, and generosity will live on in all of us.

Rest peacefully, Michael. You were deeply loved, and you will be missed beyond words.

  • Mike was a true gentleman with integrity and morals that is rarely seen in people today. The first time I met Mike at Clunes, he gave me parts and trusted me to send him the money. I never forgot this and had immense respect for him. It was a pleasure catching up with him at truck shows and the world is a very much poorer place on his passing.
My sincere condolences to Jo and Mikes family.

  • My sincere condolences to Jo, Brock and Cassie and the whole Culcutt family and to the Fleetparts crew.

Jo a big hug from us to you.

My first meeting with Mike was in 2018 at the Clarendon Classic and we just clicked. We would talk on the phone all the time sometimes where short other were long.
I always joked with Mike that he owed me big time for pulling him out of a bog at Dubbo and we also joked about the junk we both had.
The last time i caught up with him in person was when he and Jo came down to the Echuca truck show after the show they travelled home the long way going to many places they had not seen before.

Mike you where not just a spare parts man to me you were a mate.
Jo if you need anything im always just a call away.

  • Michael was an amazing man and a brilliant Uncle. His dedication, positive attitude and cheeky humor inspired me to focus on growing those qualities myself throughout my adult life. Some of my fondest memories of Uncle Mike was having the privilege and honour to work for him for a short time at Fleet parts Australia. He would jokingly refer to me as the 'parts ninja', given competitiveness runs in the family and I would always try to get parts out the door as quickly as possible. He was the kind of man who inspired you to give your best when working around him. Always understanding, always supportive and genuinely cared. He will be missed by so many, not just family and friends, but people all over the world whom he connected with throughout a long and successful career in business and generally in life. Whilst he may have gone, he will most certainly never be forgotten in our hearts or minds. All of the love. - Josh
