  My deepest sympathies to you and your family Jill.   Mick was a really lovely gentleman every time I had the pleasure of catching up with you through Chris and Murray and their family. My thoughts are with you all during this sad and difficult time.  Take care.

• So sorry to hear of Mick's passing he was a wonderful man.  I remember one time at the condamine campdraft and mick was announcing and i was walking arcross the arena, with a pink hat on, then all of a sudden over the announcers mic comes Mick's voice saying there is a little girl walking across the arena and she may need some help i think she is lost and she is wearing a pink hat can someone go and help her, i started to look around and i realised that i was the only one walking arcoss the arena in a pink hat actually i was the only one walking across the arena, i knew then that Mick was referring to me.  When i got back up to the announces box there he was laughing his head off he thought it was the funniest thing, which is was.  I will never forget that moment it was hilarous and i would never let him forget that moment every time i saw him we would bring it up.  That is my favourite memory of Mick a true gentleman.
