Dear Colleen, Alan and Family,
Thank-you for allowing me the opportunity to join you all in celebrating the life of the wonderful and caring Mum and Grandma known to me as Aunty Val.
Although we only met on a few occasions, I especially remember the kindness and hospitality offered by Aunty Val, as well as Uncle Rod and you Alan during my stay on Vanrook all those years ago.
Regretfully I am yet to meet you Colleen in person.
I know Beverley, who has spoken of Val and the greater Dixon clan with fondness on many an occasion, will indeed miss their chats and Val's friendship terribly.
Please accept my heartfelt condolences on this difficult day.
