  I am so saddened to hear of Ralph's passing. You, Susie, Penny and Kick have been in my thoughts and prayers. I remember such happy times spent with you all, the wonderful hospitality, genuine friendships and much humour! I know you will be wrapped in loving arms of family and friends, and I wish you much peace and love in your life in the coming days.

• Dear Maree, Susie, Penny and Kick. Our deepest condolences. Impossible travel to be with you and share fond memories (Carrigan and the wood stove at Kimberley for instance) Sue and Drew alerted me to Ralph's passing and I have related to Kathy who I believe will be in touch
